  • Unfortunately no, we do not offer delivery. Our pick-up only model allows us to keep costs low for our customers, while still providing stunning, high quality rental pieces. We provide detailed set up and break down instructions in written and video format. We’re conveniently located at 101 Stavbro Lane (Suite F) in Tinton Falls NJ (right off of exit 105 on the parkway).

  • It’s important to us that we can provide all of our clients with beautiful rental items in the condition that we promised. That said, we know accidents happen! We never charge our clients a damage security deposit, because in most cases our rental items are returned in beautiful condition! That said, in cases of severe damage, we reserve the right to charge a damage fee. These charges are never taken lightly and all options will be exhausted before charging the client a damage fee, but we must reserve this right so that we are able to repair or replace a damaged item and continue offering the same quality of rental items to all clients. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Our ball pit balls are cleaned using the HyGenie. This machine is made in the USA and uses an ultraviolet sterilization feature for maximum cleanliness. There is no other system like it for the control of bacteria, mold, viruses, and algae. Check out our Instagram post where we highlight our cleaning process!

    Our soft play and ball pits are cleaned using eco-friendly and baby-safe products before and after each use to maintain the safest and cleanest environment possible.

    We are proud to offer such a thorough cleaning and sanitizing system so that your kiddo can have a ball (pun very much intended!) and you don’t need to worry about germs!

  • Our ball pits are intended for children ages 0-5.

  • Great question! When we first launched Zhuzh It Up, we did provide a wider range of services. As owners of multiple businesses, we’ve now honed our skills and our collection to provide you with a unique and much-needed event rental service, focused on flower walls and ball pits, in the Monmouth County area.

    These items are often extremely expensive, and with our easy pick up/drop off model, we make these beautiful rental items accessible to everyone.

  • While we can flex, typically we rent items out for the entire weekend (pick up on Friday before 4pm, with returns on Monday before 4pm).
